Double Dutch executions
Part 1. general information
1. Though a higher law beats a lower one and that means that violations of human rights may never result from even correct application of law , Dutch judges routinely loot and murder anyway with the law as means to those ends, which makes these crimes very hard to prove
2. Double dutch murders are committed by;
2.2. usually attacks come from various sides at once, and are designed to make such an impact the victim will not survive, so cannot appeal so who cares how illegal the measures were that caused it ? This is how currently my life is being taken
2.3. Though Prof Tak did not even research deaths before appeals, he did find that often people die in the course of proceedings, that I think are no accidents.

Victims that manage an appeal are outlawed by courts not treating those fairly, content wise, or at all and other manipulations such as REDEFINITION OF STATEMENTS and the law , side tracking what is relevant , sending documents to the wrong address, manipulations of files and abuse of short cut proceedings , which all happened in 99.99% of my ING and related government posse cases .
3.1. An important factor in the outlawing process is syndicate formation , where befriended judges in various courts, even when not competent, seize relevant cases to discard them while the legally competent courts are usually more than happy to not get involved
4. Financial fleecing through illegal seemingly legal measures is key; usually it will already cause the deaths of the elderly and weak or else serve to make sure the victim is kept at the bottom of existence and has no chance to survive or escape when additional detrimental measures are inflicted . It serves to keep the victim in a ready-to-be-murdered-anytime situation and will always lead to exhaustion and a cruel death eventually
5. termination of income and healthcare are achieved indirectly via the fleecing as that will CAUSE HOME EVICTION, and all the Dutch need for survival by law is made to depend on the residence; the right to disability pension, to healthcare to any other insurance and to many civil rights, such as the right to act in court , all depend on the residence, that most people do not even know, and for which in itself at first sight there is no reason.
But.
5.1. by infliction of financial damage e.g through any pretended mistake by taxes , home eviction will follow within 6 months while appeals would take 5 years, and are no longer possible after home eviction, so it does not matter how illegal the measures were that caused the home eviction as they cannot be appealed, because the right to act in court depends on the residence
5.2 Thus mostly elderly victims are thrown on the streets and left there , to perish of their illnesses and exposure to Dutch winters, lonely and cast out, as the Dutch bear a torch for serial killers abroad but not for elderly people in their own country that are in financial need after they were robbed by banks or the state of their home and what they had accumulated in their life time
5.3. This method is also used to take out prospective applicants to the European court of human rights , which is why most appeals against Netherlands at some point are struck from the records.
5.4 This is also the method used on myself .
In Holland home owners are entitled to tax returns on mortgage interest that were halted from the moment I signed for the ING mortgage loan in 2013, They were even retroactively revoked over 3 years to additionally create a debt to add to the illegally inflicted financial damage , as refunds are a solid and uncondtional right. I did not get them till date ( due is appr 75.000 euros, and I never will
5,5 people who manage to survive on the streets in some cities are rounded up, so called for their own good, to likely be -euthanised- also so called for their own good, as they are never heard of again. Euthansia law is also a covenient law for murder as only a very small percentage of people killed under that law, have really asked for it, that vast majority is murdered also for budgetary reasons ( all healthcare in Holland is funded by the State) or for profit (organs)
6, another way to murder people is by making their healthinsurance refuse payment for emergency healthissue abroad. Because it regards an emergenyc people will not survive and if they do, they get into worse trouble because if the illness constitutes a flight risk, and the target is financially fleeced so cannot pay for first class ticket himself, he will likely transgress the term of 1 year that was set by a recent law as maximum allowed term for stay abroad.
6.1. Though this law is actually meant to curb abuse of social benefits by foreigners who apply when in Holland and then go back home, it is a law that is happily abused by many government organisations to also that way leave people without income and healthcare
7 . To strike where and when it hurts the most, the Dutch avail of the tool of BSN FILES in wich everything connected to ones social security number is listed
They are in fact a diary that is added to and accessed by , not the citizen they regard, but everyone else and their mother working with or in government, courts, financial insititutions, schools, hospital and all else medical, insurances , collecting agencies, you name it , not just in Holland but in Europe entirely !!. Though not all people in all organisations officially have access, the files are there, so they will be used.
These files are the fulfillment of dreams of every racist terrorist and psychopath and mark the end of any chance of a fair and objective trial completely
7.1. No doubt also private details of foreign clients of ING are stored and accessible to everyone and their mother
8. Because anyone can get in financial difficulty on their own account so all ensuing may seem legal, in the case of intentional state murders
