5. ING also rather kills than pays PART 1

1.  It is important to realise  that  corrupted Amsterdam court is an  intrinsic part of ING corruption 
Allegations of corruption to that court have been made galore  for the past 20 years as it always rules in favor of ING, but nothing can be done as Dutch judges are untouchable and readily retaliate with financial or reputational ruin and murders.
      1.1. Any foreign country that  has allowed ING to enter has invited crime in , as the corrupted Netherlands killer courts tag along with ING through stipulation in its conditions, dispute resolution needs to take place under Dutch law, so in Amsterdam court 
      1.2 The lawyers of those countries will have to file through Dutch lawyers  that will lie so expertedly anyone will believe them and go against their own gut,  please especially  read all said  under 4

2. My case;  CV EXPL 17 / 18475    regarded THE CODE that  ING braggs about on its website ,  that imposes a duty to care on any bank.  
Among other things  before granting a mortgage loan, the bank is obliged to do research to make sure the receiver  will be able to pay all installments in full , for the duration of the loan.
Failure to properly do so is always  faulted on the bank  and as a consequence  the law requires the bad loan to be anulled so it does not have to be paid back.
      2.1.However, if a profit can be made the duty to care is easily disregarded by ING;
E.g. if elderly or disabled people  need a mortgage of say 100.000 on a house worth say 250.000  ING grants them a loan where they must pay installments of 545 and up p.m. on a spendable income of 525 p.m, to underhandedly sell the house at first sign of forseeable  financial difficulty to not just get the loan back but make a huge profit as well 

 
3. feeling something wrong with that loan I filed a claim for just 25.000 euros  of the 500.000  that ING damaged me for as in casus  that concern claims amounting to less than 25000 euros legal representation is not required and people can act on their own behalf.

4. Amsterdam  court to not anull the life ruining loan applies the following  fraudulent tactics ; 

•      4.1. potential lawyers are ordered to convince their client they do not have a case.
•  
•      4,2.  if  this fails mediation is ordered by the judge in a hearing where the registrar writes in the minutes whatever the judge needs to  rule in favor of ING. For instance ; the duped clients lawyer is pretended  to have stated his  client fell behind on maintenance of the property. Thus attention is diverted and ING pretends to evict based on that made up allegation ,  while the pretended non maintenance is used to cover for the profit ING makes on the house, or even to present the profit as loss.

•       4.3. If the applicant feels the loan is obviously faulted and declines to engage in mediation  their lawyer will be ordered to change the plea from;  - anull te loan,- to; - do not give my client ANY money, and make her pay back the loan -  which no lawyer  anywhere would ever do, unless bribed, as it offers the judge the opportunity required to rule against the law.   That this is too obviously corrupt is  irrelevant  because any verdict however ridiculous or unjust that is not appealed  outroars applicable law,  so the judge just bullies away any lawyers to prevent appeal,  while the applicant gets murdered in de the loopholes of the law. .   

•        4. 4. After I had fired the obviously bribed lawyer I informed the Judge  I would fight my own case, and speak for myself, claiming a right that was legally mine,  But I was denied that right  by ING legal posse consisting  of ;    the judge handling the case,  
      3 supervisors of Amsterdam court, 
      the deacon of the lawyer,
      other lawyers 
      and the European court of human rights that grants protection of the right to be heard in a fair trial in art 6 EVRM .Obviously the Amsterdam judge did not need the facts or the truth he just needed the bribed lawyers letter, as that suited his intent  to rule in favor of ING.

•      4.5. That judge, de W. nicknamed ING friend,   even while I next withdrew the case  to  be spared from his corrupted verdict, to  block me from future refiling the claim ruled anyway on the letter of a fired lawyer in a case withdrawn  to make me pay back the loan and then some.     ING, rubbing it in,  looted  an extra 30.000 euros on bogus claims 
• thiugh eventually the case petered out as the judge granted me transfer to another court after I had upped the claim and ING missed out on that as they were counting on a  verdict in their favor    

 5. the above shows, that ING  is well embedded in the  legal system;   its corruptive posse  goes  all the way up to the Dutch supreme court  and beyond. So even if one could manage an appeal against ridiculous verdicts  that would be a waste of time and money  as  one of their employees   simply throws out requests to that court behind that courts back  by sending a standardised letter the appeal does not qualify for consideration,
5.1. this is also done  in the European Court of human rights  by the grman T Eicke, a close friend and former collegue of our attorney general in the supreme court where formerly he was a judge,  Based on lies and pretenses he  disqualifies appeals  behind the back of that court as well


6. While ING looted my house of 30 years through its friends In Amsterdam court that courts friends , worked with ING   to the extreme in attempts to execute me in the loopholes of the law, that each and every one  would have killed me had it not been for devine intervention.
      6.1. These are detailed below in part 2 of the attachment, titled;  double dutch executions , that are usually committed via home eviction as all we need for survival depends on our residence, If we loose the residence, we loose our income, right to healthcare and right to act in court
      6.2. As a result of ING striving for profit and the legal system and government helping out,  I was   forced  to give up my house of 30 years,  and all  in it as well as my last chance of life saving surgery  . In all I was fleeced of 1 million euros , damage not counted, They took my safety , my freedom and country and made me a target to the cruellest of Dutch legals  and  will relentlessly continue to make my life hell untill the legal posse has murdered me,
      6.3. Even while I speedsold my house 100.000 under value to try save my life and fled abroad in my wheelchair hoping to escape the murderous rampage, but they  are  pulling  out all the stops  as we speak to still do me in the soonest and at any cost and I cannot see a way out 

7. Such is the measure of the Dutch  legal system that tags along with ING into your country.
     7.1   Trump  was right on the mark and very very brave to openly declare june 19th when US left UN, that human rights are a political instrument in racist Europe  and countries send their biggest criminals to act as judges and  cover up for their violations of rights,
     7.2. as what crimes can be worse  than  executions of defenseless unsuspecting people by Dutch judges  in the loopholes of the law  for gain,  through wat in fact are underhanded deathsentences.  that cannot be appealed as such, and that make the victims, mostly the elderly and disabled, die the cruellest of deaths,
      7.3. while  the sanctimoneous Dutch pots call kettles black in their money maker the Hague court and rage against countries that put serial killers to death humanely after decades of appeals

 8. The things that right now you are sceptic about are detailed  below in  parts 1 -3
I am not the one exception this has happened to;  complaints about Dutch courts  and ING corruption are many, as are people who died as a result of its doings
I am just the one who survived long enough to provide details that put flesh to the bones of Tak s scientific findings and  to  show how the Dutch  still rather kill than pay
      8.1 Tak refers to our government ( dutch word; -overheid-) as; roverheid, rover meaning robber or bandit,  so pun wise he calls them robbers and bandits .

 
9.  Foreign countries may think  they have good laws and good people, well so do we, but ING and its legal posse has people that will always find a weak link in any organisation talking double dutch and make them commit small crimes, that seem irrelevant  and justified even, and from then on the entire corporation is theirs .
       10.1.  while legal corruption  is very hard to see through and impossible  to counter  
       10.2. and Dutch judges lawyers and banks in sneaky ways will fleece averyone, as that is their job
