1. he must be an active legal person to have access to files
2. he must be in a very high legal position from which he has the power to order everyone even judges , even the government, to do illegal things that suit his needs
3. he must have influence in the european court of human rights, to have valid appeals disqualified or disqualify them himself
4. he must have influence in the Dutch supreme court to have valid appeals disqualified or disqualify them himself
5, he must have become involved with my case somewhere along the line
6, and he must haul from the rural north as only northerners are driven to loot and murder to this extreme extent and avail of the skills and the lack of respect to do so under legal pretense as 87% of pretended legal doings in the north come down to looting and murder.

The only one I could find to fit that profile is a northerner who was appointed in 2016 in the Dutch supreme court , who before that acted as a judge in the European court of human rights, who was born in the village of Winschoten in North Netherlands. who became involved with my case around febr 2017, if not earlier

This person is a criminal law expert and before being appointed in the euroean court he acted as a criminal judge and as such was responsible for the biggest mistake ever made in Dutch history of criminal justice, where he convicted people the way he handles my case, by fraud and other backhanded village ways
Modus operandi
2. When third parties go behind my back, (to frustrate my legal possibilities) lie about judicial matters (to steer my behaviour ) and redefine my statements (to make them fit the murder plot ) I know he is manipulating that case .
examples of redefinition of statement are;
2.1. it also struck me as odd that verdicts letters and reports appear written by the same person, though they are signed by various judges and authorities.
They are written in the same tone, that reveals a tyrant and they all unnecessarily display contempt for the victim, normally considered plaintiff, sometimes even sadistic pleasure to show he cannot control his hatred and that is his compass above the law, which further defines the writer as a northern person
2.2. I think the Dutch state-s hinchman, as a controlling tyrant , to make sure the murder will succeed, handles everything himself , while officially his job in the supreme courts is to promote and safeguard the independence of Dutch courts. This means the appeals I send criticise his own doings, which likely sets him in a rage when they make legal sense
3. other elements in the modus operandi are
---abundance of doings and details that can be classified as vigilante ( e.g abuse of short cuts and unappealable measures and seizing of ALL my cases from competent courts)
---litteral interpretation of law when that is not suitable to the situation ( supina filed to registered address knowing I was not there)
---delay in replies to emails or no reply ; which gives the impression of people under order to run everything by their leader first even more so because when replies to related emails arrive, they do so all on the same day , after the murderplot was adjusted
-- abundance of legal mistakes ( wrong use of law, breach of protocols, breach of laws) Likely in his need to be in control and write everything himself he treds on legal territory that is not his speciality, while he did not keep up with new developments. Also he is so eager to kill that he takes too big strides and just snips a few things together that more or less seem to suit his purpose,
But who cares as the target is to be murdered anyway?
-- use of nuclear option ; doings are excessive and disporportionate to indicate they are driven and dominated , not by the law, but by very strong emotions by very strong emotions
4. When racist individuals or murderers study law, or become a judge, that in itself can not change them it will merely give the better opportunities and tools to act out their hatred and do their village things, because that is what is what they were imprinted with in their youths so that is what they trust and what comes natural.
From a good legal position they can create a collossal and powerful posse, and that is demonstrated in my case , over and over and over again
5. I suppose I cannot mention the name online
It is NOT the judge who verdicted Mladic in the Hague court , but that one also hauls from the north and has a similar background
My point is, if you look at that clip and ask yourself ; is that a judge passing sentence in an objective manner,? or is it a person who is showing who is boss and somewhat disproportionally retaliates for any talk back ?
Regardless your impression, that is how most northern judges treat anyone, plaintiffs, criminals, victims, lawyers, applicants, the elderly and disabled, just everyone.
5.1. I somehow feel, though Orie is NOT involved in my case, the clip in an indirect way explains for the massive damage done to me and the huge posse reeked up in Netherlands, by a like minded person, who simply pretends to BE the law.
