1. Introduction

I will strive to add new content every day, but because I am currently in the process of being murdered, while also very very ill, that will not always be possible

1. This blog intends to show that the pretended human rightest country in the world, Netherlands, is not the paradise it makes itself out to be, not to bash it, as there must be good people and good things there as well, but its legal system is not among those things and people need to be warned   so they have the choice to make legs on time,  that I never had myself  because I strongly believed in the propganada of independent courts respecting human rights.

     2.1. Bottomline;
based on research of all courts verdicts  in the past 10 years, he concluded  that Dutch courts  hardly ever aknowledge wrongdoing by the State or its multinational flagships, to avoid liability.  He also found that their officials even when committing blatant crimes are never even investigated, let alone fired or convicted. He also found that many people die in the course of proceedings.
       2.3.The  conclusion to be drawn from his research is that is that the Dutch legal system is not an independent one,  and that  judges help wrongdoers cheat their way out of everything so are basically trained in routines to not do justice,  are in fact the enemy of applicants and a crime laundering organisation

3. This  blog will explain strategies used in Netherlands by governments and multinationals, to cheat people out of their rights and lives mainly for financial reasons.

• 3.1. people who become too costly are euthanised , whether they like it or not  to curb the cost on healthcare 
• 3.2,.while people who  give their honest opinion, so who exercise their right to free speech,  or file an appeal with the european court of human rights or anyone else who is targeted by anyone in the system for whatever reason are murdered by legal manipulations and strategies that are explained in this blog 

4. The Dutch government  has also found many ways to sneakily duck legal obligations imposed on them by international treaties and human rights , also because violations of those can be quite costly;

• Art 17  EVRM does not allow any human right to be violated beyond what the law allows,  so the Dutch have made laws that allow for those violations. Laws can not be appealed 
• Also the european court demands a decision in writing before it can look into a case, therefor the Dutch have  changed the laws on appeals to taxes, the best weapon to do harm, and has seriously limited what can and can not be appealed,
• Also the Dutch have classified decisions that  violate human rights as; -acts-, not -decisions-, as acts can not be appealed
• and they have made  violations of human rights  possible, by not allowing ANY appeal  to certian decisions, for instance impounding can not be appealed ,  where among other things entering a house  and look around on an even pretended debt of 25 euros is legal, as is taking 2000 of stuff worth for the debt of just 25 because appeals are not possible
• The European court also demands  an effective measure is provided for us to use in case our human rights are violated. Therefor most decisions on possible violations have been transferred to civil courts, where representation is obligatory and obtainable only through many channels that are presented as help but in fact serve to weed out serious cases and block access to court to that way fake providing effective measures.
• while as also explained in this blog blatant violations are committed by multinationals and private parties  that are not subjected to scrutiny by the European court, in cooperation with, or on instigation by government parties that ARE subjected to their scrutiny. Such multinationals avail of connections and routine strategies to murder innocent people as well

5. To sum up;
    to talk double Dutch means to lie through ones teeth and that is how the Dutch violate human rights and get away with it; as they make the  murdering looting and torturing look like something else, look like  application of law ,or the victims own fault, or an accident,  or they just do it and deny the facts, not treat appeals etc, while in reality no law may or can ever cause such crimes, not even accidentally.
        5.1 This way the Dutch  keep up appearances of a holy land,  while in reality there are no worse crimes committed anywhere in the world, than in the killer courts of the Netherlands, where JUDGES  execute innocent applicants that were wronged by the dutch state  or any of its multi national flagships, in the loopholes of the law ,to not have to confirm liability of these organisations      
        5 .2. They make their victims pay for their own murders and make them die the cruellest and most horrific of deaths , while the legal killers , that robbed them of all they had, devide the loot between them  and laugh their pants of on the graves of those they killed because they have outsmarted everyone;  no one is on to them or can prove anything 

6 . because people have forgotten the Dutch murdered and looted defenseless people in their colonies and did the same to the jwes during bothworldwars
Because  excellent Dutch PR  noawadays lends the country an aura of holiness, 
because murders under legal pretense are designed to succeed  
but most of all because no one who is not law savvy can understand why this or that legal action is a murder and the ones who do have that knowledge will not want to know, murdering judges cannot ever be stopped , and the odd survivor is not even heard let alone believed, or helped
